Our repair process:

• Determine what you think you would like to have done to your bike.
• Bring your bike in and let us discuss a service that might suit your needs
• Leave your bike with us and pick up a claim ticket.  We'll give you an estimate on how much and how soon your bike will be ready.  We'll require a daytime phone number to call you in case of an emergency.
• Please pick up your bike at its estimated completion time or within one week of it.  Typical turnaround is 1-2 days.  And in most cases after 4:00 pm.

We try to keep the essentials and hot stuff in stock,  However, its impossible to carry everything. In most cases, if we do not have what you need, our fastest delivery comes from www.hawleyusa.com  They have an extensive list of parts ranging from $4k Wheels to 12inch training wheels.  We order from them about every day before 2pm.   We'll always be fair and competitive with our pricing, And we'll  always take care to provide the correct knowledge for intended use, installation, and warranty.
